Transport of 60 bridge parts with a own weight between 160
and 550 ton from fabrication area Ro/Ro on barge and sailing to a new building
bridge where thy are unloaded by "VSL" standjack lifting system.
The big parts are transported by means of 2 sets double 9 axles Goldhofer PST/SL with the big turn tables and the smaller parts are transported on a single 9 axle Goldhofer PST/SL.
For
this job thy used also the own barge NY IV and 2 times 550 Hp tugboats.
Transshipment of a Demag CC 2000 owned of Tat Hong in the yard
of "Yew Choon".
Look
at the special transport solution for the A frame so thy save a lot of M3 transport
costs.
30-10-05
Transport of a cabledrum from a factory building to a shipyard,
the drum with a weight of more than 90 tons have a dia of 9 meters and a lenght
of 10 meters the complete height are 12 meters. The drum was loaded with the
own hydraulic of the 12 axle Goldhofer THP/SL and the trailer are pulled by
Yew Choons own Scania 143.
Other
news are "Yew Choon are building a new seagoing pontoon with the dimensions
of 84 x 24 x 4.8 and with a deck load of 20 Tons/m .

Yew choon are the assembling point for South East Asia of "Terex Mining
"now thy has build 2 big Terex RH 200 machines of more than 525 metric
tons heavy.

Transport from Singapore with the Tugboat Namha 2 and
pontoon loaded with 18 axles
Goldhofer THP/SL and 6 axlesPST/SL to Hazira (India).
On the jobside jacking of 3 items Gas turbine dimensions 24 x 7 x 11 mts and
325 tons heavy the transport was doing by double wide 12 axle trailer.
After that and also in the same yard thy have to move 2 items Gasturbine 15 x 6 x 11 mts and 135 tons heavy that are be transported on 12 axles single trailer, when al the items are safe on board the crew have to make the seafastning complete and the transport crew put all the equipment on board of
the
samebarge for the way back to the yard of Gas service Int in Singapore.

Now the company "Yew Choon"have transported
a 1400 tons module from a yard at Batam Island (Indonesia) to a own seagoing
barge, For this operation thy used 2 times 21 line on boothsides
and in the midlle a 18 row Goldhofer PST module for the needed power.
The load out was executed at nicht time so i can show you only
images of the site transport.
After some month`s waiting now again news from my
frends from Singapore.
First the loading of 2 reactors on a anchor place of the HL ship on tempory stools on a barge.
How
we built a jetty.
A lot of police men secured the whole transport, the lokals do not want that
chemical complex on that place in Thailand. The lifting are be done by the company
Thiong Wong from Singapore.
The Reactor with a weight of more than 575 tons are transported on double 18
axle Goldhofer THP/ SL powered by a 6 axle PST module.
